Parchment

Parchment is paper made from high quality bleached cellulose. It obtains its unique greaseproof parameters by immersing the paper band in highly concentrated sulphuric acid for a a very short time and then it is rinsed, which makes it an antiseptic product. Few manufacturers use this technology to produce grease-proof papers. A product obtained in this way is characterized by the highest parameters of resistance to fat and at the same time it is air-permeable. It is suitable for packing white cheese, hard fats and can be used in the whole confectionery industry.
